David Stephenson

Superintendent

David was drawn to the construction industry for its reputation for diligence and follow-through. Starting out as a carpenter, he built a strong foundation in fine craftsmanship, from concrete formwork and drywall to finish carpentry. His natural problem-solving skills and efficiency on fast-paced projects led to roles supervising crews and managing large-scale installations at high-profile tech campuses throughout the Bay Area, including Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Looking to deepen his experience in commercial construction, David joined a national general contractor, completing office and data center projects across the Sacramento Valley. Before joining Plenium Builders, he also led field operations for a sustainability-focused firm in South Lake Tahoe, overseeing construction of a 21-suite “micro-resort” with a restaurant and spa amenities.

David is known for his hands-on leadership style, reliability, and calm approach to even the most complex projects. When he isn’t coordinating projects across the Sierra Nevada, he enjoys coaching youth baseball, working out, and spending time with his family.
