Urban Outfitters’ west coast internet fulfillment center in Reno, Nevada is a critical hub for their operations, requiring both major renovations and ongoing adjustments to keep up with evolving business needs. With a strong foundation of collaboration, Plenium Builders has worked alongside the Urban Outfitters team to refresh and refine the space while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

Roof Replacement

The relationship began with a full roof replacement, an essential upgrade to extend the life of the facility and protect its interior. From there, the team took on a refresh of the original tenant improvement, updating finishes and making targeted upgrades to enhance durability and functionality. The latest phase of work focused on refining key areas within the building, including the cafeteria, office spaces, restrooms, and the truckers’ lounge.

Interior Refresh

Throughout the facility, PB’s team carefully balanced efficiency with modernization. Floors were polished and refinished, ceilings were replaced, and walls were patched and painted. Cafeteria and restroom spaces received new partitions, updated lighting, and plumbing improvements to enhance usability. In the offices, acoustical panels were removed and replaced with fresh drywall, carpet was updated, and conference rooms were refined with upgraded finishes and trim details. With a tight 12-week schedule, PB coordinated the work to move seamlessly through each space, allowing operations to continue without unnecessary disruption.

Ongoing Modifications

Beyond this refresh, PB remains a trusted resource for Urban Outfitters, providing ongoing modifications that allow the facility to evolve alongside changing operational goals. As new needs arise, the team works to relocate and remove walls, adjust plumbing layouts, and revise electrical systems to accommodate shifts in workflow.
